London and other magic…

Last weekend I went to a film festival in Jackson Heights because a very good friend of mine was showing his short film, SHANU TAXI–www.shanutaxi.com if you’re interested ;-). It was a great film. All the shorts were. They all inspired completely different emotions in me. But the film that captured my imagination, that made me feel light and happy in the way that only a magical fairy tale can, was by this director called Gaelle Denis.

Quick aside: in a couple of weeks, I’m meeting my mum and sister in London for a quick three day break. I am so excited to be going home.

All this to say, that when I looked up Gaelle Denis on youtube and found “City Paradise”, especially given my upcoming adventure, I could not help but get so excited and light and happy that I have to share this with you. I hope you enjoy it as much as I have.
