Working Dad Intro

I thought that it might be a different perspective to talk about having a family in the theatre. There are only a few of us with children here, so I felt that I should represent the working parent minority.

Just to give you a little bit of my background - I’m in charge of a lot of the day-to-day operations here at the theatre, including contract negotiations, human resources, finance, insurance building maintenance and IT, among other areas. I have a beautiful daugther, Naomi (see below), who just turned 1. My wife (also beautiful) is an attorney at one of the major firms in town.

Well, I have to get back to work. After all, my wife called asking me to do the day care pickup this afternoon - her hairdresser can squeeze her in before a wedding this weekend. I’m sure you know how it is…
